Complete Franchise Assessment
Our Consultant will ask you to supply the answers to our detailed Franchisee Questionnaire and return these to us together with any additional written materials that describe your interests and financials. Based upon the information received from you and your demographics our Consultant will develop a list of potential franchisers.

Select Franchise
Our Consultant will screen all potential franchisers and make a selection.

Complete Franchise Application
Based upon the information contained in the franchise assessment and marketing brochure and with further information and discussions with the Client, our Consultant will complete and submit the franchise application.

Review Uniform Franchise Offering Circular
Our Consultant will review Uniform Franchise Offering Circular and have a one-day round-table discussion with the Client and executive staff.

Contact Existing Franchisees
Our Consultant will contact 10 existing franchisees to gather operational facts about franchise ventures.

Build Business Plan
Based upon the information contained in the UFOC, franchise agreement and marketing brochure, along with further information and discussions with the Client, the Client will produce a Franchisee Business Plan ("Plan"). This Plan will be used by the Client in the training of corporate board members and used to produce the Reg. D 504 Stock Offering document.

Form Corporate Entity
Our Consultant shall provide consultation services with the Client in the preparation and filing of employer identification number and application for incorporation.

Attend Discovery Day
Our Consultant will attend a comprehensive one-day discovery day to gather operational expectations.

Review Franchise Agreement
Our Consultant will review a final franchise agreement with a competent legal counsel.

Management Personnel
Our Consultant will assist client with the selection, training, motivation, evaluation and teambuilding of management.

Attend New Owner Training
Our Consultant will attend the new owner training with selected managers and executive staff to ensure compliance of franchise operating agreement.

Site Selection and acquisition/lease
Our Consultant will assist the Client with site selection and acquisition/lease negotiations.

Pre-opening purchases
Our Consultant will work with the Client to determine quantity of pre-opening purchases.

Site development and other pre-opening requirements
Our Consultant shall manage site development and other pre-opening requirements in accordance with franchiser system for success (franchise operations training manual, manual of policies and standards, human resources management, policy and operations).

Opening
Our Consultant will be on-site full-time during the first 2 weeks after grand-opening.

Franchise Support Programs
Our Consultant shall provide consulting services during the term of this Agreement. These services shall include advice on programs and systems to provide an ongoing link between the Client and its franchisee, including profit and loss statements, analysis tools, and marketing and operational forms.

Initial and on-going On-the-Job Training Management
Our Consultant will consult with other Consultants in the outlining of a staff on-the-job training program which may be used by Client in the training of new management and employees. The training program will be based upon the franchiser Manual and basic business conduct (business conduct, exceptional customer service, team building etc.)
